Question: I’m 15 years old and 136 lbs. Well, my weight barely ever changes from that. I’m 5"3.
I always try to lose weight, but it doesn’t work!

What are some things I can eat/do?
I run, but that only adds muscle to my legs making them look even thicker.
They kind of touch, but I don’t want them to!
I also have very wide hips if that is important.
