Can You Help Me Fix My Diet Up? (10 POINTS UP FOR GRABS)?

What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: Here is my profile:

Age group: young adult
Height: 5′8.5
Weight: 145lbs
Sex: Female
Exercise Regime: 4-5: 30 min. runs, 2 weight workouts (moderate intensity) (weekly exercise routine)
Daily Calorie Consumption: 1600 calories

My goal is to go back down to 135lbs. How can I lose more weight but not cause my body to start storing everything single nutrient I consume. I eat a variety of foods during the day and yeah I eat a little too much junk some days but not crazy amounts and don’t tell me to cut them out completely because that’s ludicurous. What are some tips you can give me? I have no problem eating 1000 calories or less to lose the weight but I always end up gaining weight when i do that. If you have any suggestions. (I’ll try different stuff) none of the no carb diets though, hate those and no miracle diet bs. Thanks!!

Answer: try comsuming about 1000-1200 calories a day. snacks should be under 200 calories. don’t eat junk foods like chips…drink only milk and water. no sweets candies thingys. eat fruits and vegetable for snacks and some salads for lunch and dinner try different kinds of salads to be interesting like fruit salad or steak salad(really good). dont add a lot of dressing. try not to add salt,butter,or sugar to any foods. buy whole grain products. buy nonfat milk or 2% milk(not chocolate) hope this helps for a start. Dileemma!!! Please Help.Should I Eat Mc Donald's Burger While Am on a Strict Diet?

This week’s question is a good one. Let’s have a look:

Question: Am on a diet n exercise regime for my wedding next month. I have lost 17lbs so far n havent had any fast foods for past two months…..but today am craving mc donald’s spicey veggie deli burger…should I eat it? or will it be catastrophic for my weight loss. I will not have anything else to eat today if i get to eat this burger i.e. my total calorie intake including my breakfast n this burger for lunch will be 1100. + i m not going to the gym today but wil b going tomorrow….

please tell me wht should i do? m waiting 4 an answer

Answer: If your still within your calorie limit you will be fine. We all deservce a treat now and again.

Men, Help Me Out. Looking for the Perfect Diet/exercise Schedule?

I just love answering these diet help questions. Here’s another:

Question: I made a decision, recently. I have decided to try switching over to more suitable food, for health’s sake.

Basically, what I need is a diet that is healthy, and helps gain weight(I’m a little on the skinny side), and a daily exercise regime that builds up muscle, especially in the arms and chest area.

i recently started eating 1 big meal a day and 1 small meal , even a sandwich a at night .
I do take a lot of vitamins , Centrum , and fish oil pills , and liquid b complex .
I been listing weights , ever 2 days for 30 min , and started riding my bike at least 30 mils a week .

i build up a lot of muscle and lost weight and size in my waist .
that worked for me

i ate a lot of green salads with bunch of different vegetable , dont drink as much soda any more , mostly water and 1 redbull once a day . I eat mostly chicken or turkey , but i have at least once a day ham or pork .
