Looking for Suggestions on What Should I Do for My Diet to Help Me Get Lucky with a Baby?

What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: took a short hiatus and am back on the TTC journey soon. Would love some more suggestion on what i need to stay way from eat more of.
Currenlty i eat way more fast food than what is needed and working on fixing that as well I don’t drink too much pop maybe 2-3 20oz a week. I do love coffee and tea. i drink 1 -2 cups a day. even decaffinated ones.
I snack on nuts mainly and fruits and my favorite is popcorn/chips .. i’m not a candy fan. Anyway i am not over weight and am NOT trying to lose weight. Just want to make my efforts of trying to get a bump to be the healthiest as I can get it to be.!

Question About Diet and P90x+insanity. Help!?

A diet help question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: I just finished week 1 of my p90x+insanity schedule. I had plyometric cardio circuit today. Tomorrow is my rest day or x stretch. Today I ate a big bag of hot cheetos. First cheat meal for the program, planning not to have anymore. Tomorrow, can I do kenpo x or cardio x to try and burn the chips off? I don’t have kenpo x or cardio x in my schedule. Would I be burning off the chips if I did kenpox/x stretch or cardio x/x stretch?

Which do you prefer? Should I just rest and keep going? I plan not to have these cheat meals anymore. Instead, stack up on apples. I love apples.

Just need some insight, tips, HELP, on this. Thanks!

Answer: You also burn 720 calories for just sleeping. Especially with that workout is a high cardio exercise don’t worry about a 240 calories 1 day bag of chips….

I Ruined My Diet And I Feel Like Crying !? Help Please. ?!?

I’ve Been On A Diet For 5 Days Now And I Lost 5 Pounds So Far.
And im Really Proud Of Myself :)
I’ve Been Doing So Good,Eating Healthy,Exercising,And Today,
I Ruined My Diet :(
I Had a Bowl Of Mixed Chips,1 Nature Valley Bar And a Bowl Of Pudding.
I Feel Like CRYING And i Feel Like im Gonna Gain Back The Weight And Get Fat Again :(
i can’t exercise now,cause it’s 12:00 at night,

help me what should i do ?

Answer: It sounds like you are doing great. You shouldn’t be so hard on yourself. The things you ate are not that unhealthy, and you didn’t consume them in large quantities.

One way to combat the way you feel is to cut down your weigh-ins to once a week. It is tempting to weigh yourself daily (or more) when you know you are doing well, because it motivates you. But if you have a little slip-up, then all the scale shows you is how you have failed. By cutting back your weigh-ins to once a week, as long as you stick to your diet for the most part, you will show a weight loss every time.

You should try incorporating more satisfying items into your diet. There are great low-calorie, sugar-free ice cream bars available, and other snacks. There are even fat-free sugar-free puddings!

Your diet is going to take some getting used to, and your body will probably always have unhealthy cravings. You should keep things on-hand to satisfy them.

I Wreaked My Diet Today Plz Help?

A diet help question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: ok i ate a huge bag of chips for breakfast, i didn’t realize it because i was having fun on yahoo, what do i do? fast for the rest of the day??
btw its only 7:30am and i never ate anything else, i probably ate 1000 calories worth the chips :S
Answer: One day doesn’t ruin your diet. Just get back on track and you’ll be fine. Do some extra exercise if you’re really concerned.
