Does Any Green Tea Instead of Water Helps in Losing Weight with Diet Control?what Tips for Green Tea Effects?

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:

Question: i wanna lose my weight.i am 69/70 kg.i control my diet.now i wanna know about green tea effect because i saw japanese & chinese, they take green tea instead of water.is this green tea which keeps them smart & slender?
Answer: I’ve been there and done that. If you are really trying to lose weight, you have to stay dedicated and determined to do so. I lost around 50 pounds using just these simple tips I’m about to explain to you.

I found three things to be the best but you have to use them together in order to get some great results. You have to understand that you are what you eat first. Dieting is something you might have to stick in there with and follow through with one. Some people can while others can’t.

Personally I have lost a total of 50lbs since I have started my diet 12 month ago just by doing cardio, eating less and just more cardio lol. When I run I add this diet supplement to my water that fills me up while I work out. I ordered the sample bottle for around $6.96 which included the shipping and I am only halfway through the bottle lol. I got it from here if you want to give it a try http://ow.ly/5WSrX

I Need to Loose Weight & Tone My Body, Dieting Routine? HELP?

Another diet help question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:

Question: my sweet 16 is august 25th. i am currently a size 7/8 in dresses & unfortunately my dress came in a 6 and a 6 only! so i bought it hoping i would loose weight and every time i tried i didn’t loose weight!

Right now im about 5′6 and 150 pounds but i don’t look it . The problem with dieting is im allergic to ALL fruits, all nuts, and most seeds. so theres alot of diets i cant try.

also im a competitive cheerleader so i need to tone muscle in my arms for the upcoming season!

im trying to do this the most healthy way possible but PLEASE help me if you can
work out routines
food options anything!

THANKYOUUUU! <3

Answer: are you really allergic to them? because if so, you really need to see your doctor because you will be deficient in almost all vitamins and minerals, which will harm your body and make you look unhealthy.
if you can eat vegetables, eat ALOT. peppers, lettuce, carrots, rocket etc.
this is very important. also, cut out alot of the sugary things, as these cause insulin spikes which make you put on weight. drink alot of water, and cut back on carbohydrates, just a little bit, and if you are eating brad or rice, try eating brown bread and brown rice. alot healthier and will affect your weight.
you should eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, evenly spread out, instead of 3 big ones, as this will raise your metabolism and burn off mroe calories.
since your a girl, you should just do some cardio. i recommend interval training (look it up) as its alot more effective than normal boring cardio, and takes less time!

do these two things, and youll lose the weight in no time!

Insanity Food Diet? Help Best Answer 10 Points?

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:

Question: Hi I’m 15 5′5 & weight 115 lbs. I’m on my second week of insanity day 3 :D but I know I won’t see results without diet. I want to burn the body fat I have to get a 6 pack, what types of food should I eat throughout the day? I am trying my best to only drink water, milk, or juice. No soda or gatorade because of the sugar.
Answer: 1. Base your meals on starchy foods. Starchy foods include potatoes, cereals, pasta, rice and bread. Choose wholegrain varieties when you can: they contain more fibre, and can make you feel full for longer. Starchy foods should make up around one third of the foods you eat.
Most of us should eat more starchy foods: try to include at least one starchy food with each main meal. Some people think starchy foods are fattening, but gram for gram they contain fewer than half the calories of fat.

2. Eat lots of fruit and veg

Itâ??s recommended that we eat at least five portions of different types of fruit and veg a day. Itâ??s easier than it sounds. A glass of 100% unsweetened fruit juice can count as one portion, and vegetables cooked into dishes also count. Why not chop a banana over your breakfast cereal, or also as a snack for some dried fruit and even nuts which is good

3. Eat more fish

Fish is a good source of protein and contains many vitamins and minerals. Aim for at least two portions a week, including at least one portion of oily fish. Oily fish is high in omega-3 fats, which may help to prevent heart disease. You can choose from fresh, frozen and canned; but remember that canned and smoked fish can be high in salt. Oily fish include salmon, mackerel, trout, herring, fresh tuna, sardines and pilchards. Non-oily fish include haddock, plaice, coley, cod, tinned tuna, skate and hake. Anyone who regularly eats a lot of fish should try to choose as wide a variety as possible.

4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar

We all need some fat in our diet. But itâ??s important to pay attention to the type of fat weâ??re eating. There are two main types of fat: saturated and unsaturated. Too much saturated fat can increase the amount of cholesterol in the blood, which increases your risk of developing heart disease. Saturated fat is found in many foods, such as cakes, pies, biscuits, sausages, cream, butter, lard and hard cheese. Try to cut down, and choose foods that contain unsaturated rather than saturated fats, such as vegetable oils, oily fish and avocados. Learn more, and get tips on cutting down, in Eat less saturated fat.

Sugary foods and drinks are often high in calories, and could contribute to weight gain. They can also cause tooth decay, especially if eaten between meals. Cut down on sugary fizzy drinks, cakes, biscuits and pastries, which contain added sugars: this is the kind of sugar we should be cutting down on rather than sugars that are found naturally in foods such as fruit and milk. Food labels can help: use them to check how much sugar foods contain. More than 15g of sugar per 100g means that the food is high in sugar

5. Eat less salt

Even if you donâ??t add salt to your food, you may still be eating too much. About three-quarters of the salt we eat is already in the food we buy, such as breakfast cereals, soups, breads and sauces. Eating too much salt can raise your blood pressure. People with high blood pressure are more likely to develop heart disease or have a stroke. Use food labels to help you cut down. More than 1.5g of salt per 100g means the food is high in salt. Adults and children over 11 should eat no more than 6g of salt a day.

6. Drink plenty of water

Try to drink about six to eight glasses of water (or other fluids) a day to prevent dehydration. When the weather is warm or when we get active, we may need more. But avoid soft and fizzy drinks that are high in added sugars.
Remember: When thinking about alcohol, there is nothing wrong with the occasional drink, but drinking too much can cause serious health problems. Alcohol is also high in calories, so cutting down could help you to control your weight.

7. Donâ??t skip breakfast

Some people skip breakfast because they think it will help them lose weight. In fact, research shows that eating breakfast can help people control their weight. A healthy breakfast is an important part of a balanced diet, and provides some of the vitamins and minerals we need for good health. Wholemeal cereal, with fruit sliced over the top is a tasty and nutritious breakfast or even flax seeds.

Hope this helps.

P90x / Diet Help!(cheerleader Body)?

Another diet help question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:

Question: Hello, I’m a cheerleader, and looking for a new and better way of conditioning and my friend just told me about p90x, but i’m not quite sure what it is, but i need to do something, is there anything better then p90x? what is p90x? & can i get it for free? is it a program i have to buy or does someone have a schedule or something i follow? also whats a good, eating diet for a nice cheer body?
oh! & another question, will p90x make my boobs smaller? i’m a C/D now & i rather not lose them,
I’m 16, whats the healthiest way to do all this?
help please!
Oh, I’m not sure if this is important but, i’m 5′1 & weigh 98-100lbs, is this healthy for me?
Answer: p90x is a recompensation (add muscle/lose fat) program that increases muscle tone by increased definition, greater muscle mass, strength, and size. the routine is 90 days long

i’ve been bulking (adding muscle, and some fat) for the past 10 months, and i’m going to start p90x in 5 days in order to shed the fat i’ve gained and continue the muscle gains (just benched 200! yay!)

you can get it for free at ThePirateBay, you’d usually have to buy it, but you don’t need to anymore, or you can copy your friends DVD and use it that way.

p90x should not significantly reduce your breast size, if anything, it’ll reduce your stomach fat, and maybe just a tad bit off your boobs, but that way, your boobs do stand out more and are generally rounder (just plain better in general), also the pushups keep your breasts lifted

the healthiest way to do it is to follow the training guide, and eat accordingly to your base metabolic rate, so do the training as it’s shown, and don’t do on a ridiculous diet (eat a bit less, but not some crazy starvation diet)

i would definitely recommend this program, just google "p90x before and after" to see what i mean

btw, i’m also 16 ;)
message me at jareen94@gmail.com if you want more info or help!

edit: 5′1 98-100 is normal, and might i add, kinda cute with C/D lol

the person below me just wants to make money off you paying for p90x
i was also offered to be a coach.

if you don’t believe me, google it

Need Help, Camping on Diet! ?

A diet help question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: I’m going camping with my friends today till monday morning. I am on a diet, and I already had my one day of eating a lot (my cheat day). With camping come lots of food…(chips, hot dogs, hamburgers, &&the hardest for me to say no to: ice cream and smores)
How do I resist eating all that when watchinf them eat it withouta worry will make me wanna eat it. Then when I eat it I worry and feel fat the rest of the night. Like literally if I eat too much junk I feel like I can just feel myself storing fat and gaining weight.

Please help because I’m doing good, I’ve gotten to my goal weight, pant size and everything. I don’t wanna mess up…:/

15 years old, 5′4, 115lb.

Answer: I’m having the same problem actually (going camping tomorrow night)
And I realized there are a lot of healthy alternatives to the yummy camping food
Instead of Regular Chips get Baked or Pretzels
Get 100% Beef Hot Dogs or have Chicken or a Turkey Burger
Get Frozen Yogurt instead of Ice Cream and for Smores make them with Dark Chocolate and Sugar Free Marshmallows (they taste the same)
Also get a cooler and fill it up with LOTS of Fruits and Vegetables
(Try cutting them before you go and putting individual servings into baggies)

It’s ok to have some of the "junk food" just as long as you watch portion sizes
Don’t overeat and try to stay active, you’re camping so go on a walk or go swimming
Those calories will burn off like nothing
Don’t sweat it, you’re 15 and this should be a fun experience, a good memory to look back on
Don’t let a diet spoil that because in the long run this extra day wont make any difference in your weight

PLEASE HELP! Am Taking Penicillin VK Does It Decrease The Penicillin if I Take Diet Pills at the Same Time?..?

Another diet help question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:

Question: The Ingredientes or The diet pills is what follows
Ingredients: Lingzhi,Ebony,Fox-Nut, Tuckahoe, Pruni, Dioscoreae,Wheat Germ,Nature Substance.
I have an important event ion the 26th & Want to take these diet pills but I dot want them to interfere with the penicillin I am taking, have an infected teeth that is infected and bleeding I want the Infection I have to be completely removed.I just want to be super sure,it does not decrease penicillin straight,
Am taking the 500 mg 3x A Day.
Answer: I can’t find any known interactions with those ingredients. I also can’t find any history of use for weight loss with those ingredients. The pruni is listed as possibly unsafe all by itself (some parts of the plant contain cyanide). There is also an FDA warning out for certain diet pills that are adulterated with unlisted prescription medications:
http://www.fda.gov.cuhsl.creighton.edu/NewsEvents/Newsroom/PressAnnouncements/2009/ucm149547.htm

(If the pills are adulterated, then there isn’t a way to know for sure whether it would interact with the penicillin, and it could be dangerous for other reasons.) I would recommend not taking this diet pill.

Help with Exercise & Diet Plan?

I just love answering these diet help questions. Here’s another:

Question: I’m 16 yrs old, weight 125 lbs, & I’m 5′3. I wanna weight 115 again I think it was a good size for me. I kno I’m not fat at all but my stomach & thighs do jiggle a little, I just wanna tone up a bit (I’d like a 4 pack lol) & was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of stuff to eat & exercises I should do?!
Thanks :)
Answer: You are still young girl. don’t worry too much. You can start doing some exercises and practsing some healthy diets.

I will give you some tips and advice on how you can lose your stomach fats:

1. Eat a snack at the "magic" hour -This is a strange one, but it works like crazy. I want you to always eat a small snack between 3 and 4pm each day, and I want it to be primarily made up of protein and fiber.

Almonds or low-fat cheese, combined with an apple, are a fantastic tag-team combo that help to regulate your blood sugar levels the rest of the day…including at night when most of us are tempted to cheat.

2. Cut out sugar by using an organic sweetener -You want to eat as little sugar as possible each day, next to zero really, if you’re going to get that flat stomach in time for Summer or your vacation. Sugar not only causes our calorie counts to go through the roof, where little food equals big calories, but it also prevents the hormone glucagon from being produced. Glucagon is present when insulin levels are low, and it forces the body to utilize fat deposits, particularly around the belly, for energy.

3. Eliminate or reduce fatty or sugary foods. This is the most likely culprit when it comes to abdominal obesity. Some people have a tendency to store all the weight that they gain in the abdomen and a bad diet just makes that even easier. Foods like potato chips, french fries, greasy burgers and pizzas, and sweets should be eaten sparingly, if at all.

4. Eat more fiber. Fiber is an essential nutrient that most people do not get enough of in their diets. It can also be something that promotes weight loss. Eating foods like vegetables and whole grains will help a person shed those excess pounds around the waist.

5. Drink more water. The body is made up of about 60-70% water and the average person should be drinking at least 8 cups of it. Water is also helpful in burning fat in the body, including the stomach. When a person drinks more water, he or she is replacing sugary drinks, which also can cause fat to accumulate around the belly.

6. Get more exercise. Exercise is perhaps one of the most important tips on how to lose stomach fat that one can follow. Exercise is essential in weight management and will help a person get rid of that potbelly. One caveat is that sit ups alone will not get rid of stomach fat. They mostly strengthen and tighten the ab muscles, which does get rid of fat per se. An exercise program must include cardiovascular and resistance training to reap the best of the gut busting benefits.

That are some tips and advice that I can share with you. So, for more tips on how to lose stomach fat fast, you should visit the website below:

What Diet Helped You Lose Weight?

What a great diet help question:

Question: so i just read all this myths and rues about dieting.
can someone please tell me a diet that helped them loose weight,
a day to day detailed description o what you ate etc.
i can only find recipes and what to eat & what not to eat but nothing that tells me or gives me a type of "schedule" list that does in for breakfast lunch snack dinner.
serious answers only! i need to finally lose this weight & feel good in my skin.
Answer: go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
