Keep the diet help questions coming! I liked this one:
I always try to lose weight, but it doesn’t work!
I know this sounds silly, but is there a diet I can go on to make me look naturally thin?
What are some things I can eat/do?
I run, but that only adds muscle to my legs making them look even thicker.
They kind of touch, but I don’t want them to!
I also have very wide hips if that is important.
Help?

I am the same height/weight!
Cut out all carbs for a month. This includes:
Starches like potatoes, corn (no chips or fries)
Bread
Flour (cakes, sweets, pizza dough etc.)
Sugar (no candy, pop, any sweets)
Keep everything else the same, drink more water. I rode my bike all summer, and my thighs got slimmer. Maybe this will help!?
