Answer: What you need to do is to get familiar with the foods that you can and canâ??t eat. Donâ??t worry, itâ??s not the end of the world getting diagnosed with yeast intolerance. First you will need to rid your body of the yeast toxins by taking a break from eating foods with yeast in them. This might be difficult at first but it will definitely pay off because you will feel better pretty quickly.

Cut out bread. You can have tortillas or pita bread/flat bread instead. Cut out alcohol. Yeast is what causes the fermentation process. I would stay away from cheese, too. That’s not really yeast, but cheese is made using fungus, which is what yeast is.
Also, add yogurt to your diet because the "friendly" bacteria in yogurt will help to break down the yeast that is already in your system.

Actually, you don’t need to diet per se to lose weight, I discovered this at the site in the box below, they have a lot of instruction, I lost 7 pounds by following their tips.

Begin by eliminating â??yeastyâ? items like bread, cookies, cakes, and rolls.
Also avoid cheese, mushrooms and vinegary food items.
And since yeast thrives on sugar, you will want to avoid sugary stuff too.

I tried many different method to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I found this amazing method. It works very well and I lost my weight easy after I found correct method.
