		<description>I'm building muscle too but i use work out videos called P90x its pretty expensive but its worth it. if you can't afford it then i suggest you  do push ups pull ups and crunches but modify it so it wont be the same everyday. Marine style Pushups work well running in the morining for your legs and when it burns it works. Your food source should be alot of red meats like steak or ground beef. Protien shakes really work too. Oh and weight lifting is good too. Good luck</description>
