I just love answering these diet help questions. Here’s another:
Question: I made a decision, recently. I have decided to try switching over to more suitable food, for health’s sake.
Basically, what I need is a diet that is healthy, and helps gain weight(I’m a little on the skinny side), and a daily exercise regime that builds up muscle, especially in the arms and chest area.

i recently started eating 1 big meal a day and 1 small meal , even a sandwich a at night .
I do take a lot of vitamins , Centrum , and fish oil pills , and liquid b complex .
I been listing weights , ever 2 days for 30 min , and started riding my bike at least 30 mils a week .

i build up a lot of muscle and lost weight and size in my waist .
that worked for me
i ate a lot of green salads with bunch of different vegetable , dont drink as much soda any more , mostly water and 1 redbull once a day . I eat mostly chicken or turkey , but i have at least once a day ham or pork .

you want to gain weight? eat plenty of meat and potatoes then get out there and walk.

I’m building muscle too but i use work out videos called P90x its pretty expensive but its worth it. if you can’t afford it then i suggest you do push ups pull ups and crunches but modify it so it wont be the same everyday. Marine style Pushups work well running in the morining for your legs and when it burns it works. Your food source should be alot of red meats like steak or ground beef. Protien shakes really work too. Oh and weight lifting is good too. Good luck

Hey John, Im a female, but I use a regimine that works for both men and women.. Go to bodyforlife.com (body for life).. Its a meal and workout plan.. Oh My God, you’ll thank me later.. Good Luck..!
