Diet,Suicide,etc Please/Help/Read :P?

A diet help question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: Last week I only had a shake,two granola bars,Maybe three glasses of orange juice orange juice,a small piece of pizza and water. All last week. That’s not really under the amount of calories I need. It’s not like I just had water. This isn’t the reason why I sometimes don’t eat but I don’t like seeing other people eat or people seeing me eating. I will eat but I just don’t like it at all. I’m not starving my self but I sometimes get this feeling where I want to be under weight. Do you not say no you don’t because that will really piss me off. I know its not a good thing. I am not asking you to give me a lecture about that. And also sometimes I think about suicide. I wish I could just poof away. This is actually quite often. Again I would NEVER commit suicide. NEVER. I know how much it would hurt my family and friends.

I’m 13. If you need information just tell me.

Idea’s Thoughts anything about this would be great.

Don’t say therapy or talk to someone please please please. I am not here for you guys to tell me that. I am already in therapy because of something else. Thank you.
I am not going to take any medication that you guys tell me to either.

Answer: Being thin at 13 is not so bad. But don’t get anorexic. It has something to do with a past event or something. Because it does not happen very often that people don’t like to be seen eating. Or see others eat. In other words it is something in your mind that makes you think this way. When you eat, eat healthy and take vitamins for women. Eat at least one meal a day. If you don’t the organs in your body will start failing.

I’m glad to know you won’t commit suicide. You are young. Go out, have fun. Go buy something you like. too young to be thinking like that.

  1. Well, by not eating you essentially ARE committing suicide. That’s very rough on your body and will lead to all kinds of problems. Just eat normally and you’ll be fine.

  2. therapy is probably a great idea cuz they can make u comfortable with eating and help u realize the meanings for what ur feeling.

  3. It sounds like your lack of food is your way, of making yourself disappear.

    It is a form of suicide. It’s not the same as taking pills or doing something to yourself but, the lack
    of doing something is the same thing.
