Question: I drink Mountain Dews and eat Mexican food all the time. I don’t ever workout, because I always have better things to do. I just want to stick to a plan and not go back and forth.
Let me rephrase this for people who think I don’t do anything, I have worked out before and I have tried eating right before, but it don’t work. I am by no means over weight. I am 121 pounds, but I don’t look my wight, and I would just like to slim down and tone up a little. During the spring, fall and winter, I have athletics almost everyday. It just don’t seem to work, and I need information to help me be more persistent.
Answer: take part in athletics. it provides more physical variety than working out so it will shape you better. make sure you work hard though otherwise you won’t get anything

Question: I’m going camping with my friends today till monday morning. I am on a diet, and I already had my one day of eating a lot (my cheat day). With camping come lots of food…(chips, hot dogs, hamburgers, &&the hardest for me to say no to: ice cream and smores)
How do I resist eating all that when watchinf them eat it withouta worry will make me wanna eat it. Then when I eat it I worry and feel fat the rest of the night. Like literally if I eat too much junk I feel like I can just feel myself storing fat and gaining weight.
Please help because I’m doing good, I’ve gotten to my goal weight, pant size and everything. I don’t wanna mess up…:/

Answer: I’m having the same problem actually (going camping tomorrow night)
And I realized there are a lot of healthy alternatives to the yummy camping food
Instead of Regular Chips get Baked or Pretzels
Get 100% Beef Hot Dogs or have Chicken or a Turkey Burger
Get Frozen Yogurt instead of Ice Cream and for Smores make them with Dark Chocolate and Sugar Free Marshmallows (they taste the same)
Also get a cooler and fill it up with LOTS of Fruits and Vegetables
(Try cutting them before you go and putting individual servings into baggies)
It’s ok to have some of the "junk food" just as long as you watch portion sizes
Don’t overeat and try to stay active, you’re camping so go on a walk or go swimming
Those calories will burn off like nothing
Don’t sweat it, you’re 15 and this should be a fun experience, a good memory to look back on
Don’t let a diet spoil that because in the long run this extra day wont make any difference in your weight

Answer: Yes, it does. But you will be very hungry, so get lots of healthy fats and protein.

Question: How many calories should I eat a day to lose 11kg in 32 days? I know it’s unhealthy to lose this amount but I really REALLY need to lose this much in 32 days! Thanks in advance
Answer: You’d probably have to eat all carrots and vegetables all day. No pop. carrots and celery don’t have any calories. It’s really impossible to lose weight without exercising. So I’m guessing under 1000 calories probably 600. But I wouldn’t suggest trying it because your body is not gonna handle not eating all those carbs so take it little by little. and start by cuttong things off your diet slowly.

Question: So he is 7 to 8 wks old and I have cat milk wet food and dry kitten food.
What is the best way to feed him? Which food or if a mixture what mixture? How often? Should he be drinking water as well? Help please!!
Answer: My kittens loved kitten dry food when they were that age. They honestly would not eat wet food until they were about 6 months old. They would only lick the gravy but not eat the meaty stuff. Try half a cup of kitten kibble in the morning (or half a can of kitten wet food) and then the same around dinner time.

Question: Hello, ok so I’m working out by doing swimming, jogging and cycling. oh and sit ups and press ups. I’m eating rather healthily, there are a few things I can cut down on, mo problem. The problem is that I don’t seem to be losing any weight. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Answer: How about just eating the right foods like oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries, apples, Fage Total 0% greek plain yogurt, whole wheat pita bread, protein shake, protein bar, brown rice, chicken, fish, egg whites, beans (low in sodium) veggies, Total 100% cereal, almond milk (unsweetened), dried fruits, almonds…
You will need to eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day and 8-12 glasses of water a day. Also, you want to exercise. You can exercise monday-thursday doing 2 days of cardio and 2 days of weight training. Also, work on ur abs and do 8 minute abs video on youtube. You can work your abs on a daily basis. In those 5-6 meals you can have a protein shake and a protein bar or just 2 protein shakes a day. I recommend for the protein shake: EAS, Elite or Champion, and for the protein bar: Power Crunch Bar or EAS with 28g of protein and 1-2g of sugar. If you are going to do the protein bar and the shake I recommend you drink the protein shake after your workout and eat the protein bar at night. Good luck.

Question: I was wondering, with the water diet, i know that you could loose about ten pounds in a week by drinking 8 glasses of water a day. But i was wondering, if I went two weeks, would I loose a total of 20 pounds? Or would I only loose the ten and my body would just stay the same weight? I know this is probably a stupid question, but thank you for your help anyway(:
Oh btw im exercising and everything(: Im also changing my diet, and yes, i am still eating. I just know that drinking more water allows your body to release more water, and not hold on to the water you have, because your body is certain that you wont need that water. I was just wondering if I would continue to loose the weight in the following weeks
Answer: I’ve never heard of a water diet but you should drink as much water as you can possibly can a day. I can’t give you any hardcore stats (like 10lbs a week) but I can tell you that drinking as much water as you can a day will make you lose weight and it’s a lot healthier. Drinking cold water not only fills you up but it also burns calories.
I wouldn’t just rely on drinking water in order to lose weight, though. Just eat a little less than you currently do, and try to eat as healthy as you can, and I promise you will lose weight.

Question: Im 19 5′1 male teen, I need to loose the last few pounds of belly fat on me, My exercise routine that I started two weeks ago was this 40 push ups, 40 sit ups, 10 pull ups 10 leg raises 3 times each, than 40 dips, 40 push ups, 40 crunches 3 times than a 30 to 50 minute walk outside, Im a vegetarian and I don’t eat junk food, I used to be 120 but the diet that I put myself on (200 calories a day)was making me tired and unable to think clearly, I used to run 6 miles without stopping but now for sum reason I get scared when ever I see it, so thats a no go for me
Any advise on a diet that might help me loose the pounds would be helpful and keep in mind my routine I do every day with only 1 day as a break
Answer: muscle weighs more than fat, so maybe you’ve you’ve just gained muscle, by the sounds of it you obviously workout hard enough, you need to make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet. 200 cals a day is not enough- you need about 2000 to be healthy. i would suggest doing more aerobic exercise rather than resistance training.

Answer: maybe have something aside from peanuts. Afterall, a cup of peanuts is almost 900 cals. how about a skinless boneless chicken breast? You can have a chicken breast (90 cals), a salad with light italian dressing (50-100 cals) a baked potato (250-300) with a tbsp margerine (25). a lot more food for almost 400 cals less
