I Am on a Diet and I Dont Have a Scale, Can You Help?~photos Included~?

I dont have a before picture,
but I am currently trying to reach a smaller size, i was 12 heading for 14 when i started i think i’m around the size a 10 now, not sure, my hip is around 40 inchs and my waist is 31.

and please be nice

Answer: Girl i am the perfect woman to answer this i am 5ft 3 150 measurments are 36c chest 31 waist and 41hips i have pics up on photobucket.com search italiana143 and my hips are huge so i been told lol my waist is small tho so your body is a bit diffrent then mine your hips are small your body small as well so dont lose anything else i am 22 by the way

Diet: How Does Soup Helps…………?

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:

Question: in weight loss??
Answer: Soup keeps you feeling full for a while so that you don’t eat as much. As you eat less, you should be losing weight.

There is no pill or trendy new diet that can accomplish what sensible eating and exercise does. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. This does not mean to starve yourself, but to eat bulkier, lower-calorie foods. For instance, rather than having turkey on white bread for lunch, have turkey on 100% WHOLE WHEAT bread, with a piece of lettuce or several slices of tomato. It’s important to consume 100% whole grains rather than enriched because whole grains have all their fiber and original nutrients whereas enriched have only a portion- which has been added. The nutrients are always good for you, but high-fiber foods will keep you fuller for longer, so that you don’t eat as often.

In addition, rather than having a handful of chips for a snack, have an apple. An apple is pleasantly sweet (or tart, if you like the green variety), but is also largely water. This water will fill you up surprisingly so you won’t be likely to eat later. Finally, for dinner, you could have a piece of baked (or fried) chicken, corn-on-the-cob, and a small bowl of frozen yougurt for dessert. For breakfast, you could have whole grain pancakes and a piece of fruit.

Don’t think of skipping meals because that will only set you back. When you go without food for a long time, your metabolism slows down so as not to use up your energy. True, you could eventually lose weight by fasting, but you would also be weak and unhealthy.

For exercise, you should buy a rope with which to jump. It doesn’t need to be expensive, as a decent rope can be found for about five dollars.

Most importantly about all this is CONSISTENCY. The weight will not come off in a few days, but only in at least a week, and only 1-2 pounds at that. The body is not mean to lose weight quickly.

Question: I need a diet plan on what to eat throughout the day every day… im 13 what should I and what shouldn’t I eat?
any help please?
Answer: ok so
breakfeast: fruit like apple and bannana or some yogurt
Lunch frutsalad or a salad maybe yogurt
Dinner eat what you normally eat but only half and drink a glass of water before lunch breakfeast and dinner also walk thirty minutes a day or buy some workout videos from walmart and hope you lose weight good luck

Try to eat 1200 calories to 1300

I Need Some Help with a Diet?

I just love answering these diet help questions. Here’s another:

Question: I am trying to go on a diet and i need some help. are there any tasty foods (more specific then just vegetables) that are low fat? thanks(:
Answer: salad :D watermelon, dried fruit(mango), Popsicles, baby carrots and ranch dressing, saltines(they r very plain but i LOVE them), fat-free pretzels, yogurt, granola bars. try to eat whole grains instead of white bread. and make sure u do not skip meals!! it is actually better to east little snacks when u get hungry during the day b4 lunch break for ex such as a granola bar so that u do not stuff ur self when it comes time to have a meal. Breakfast is one of the most important meal of the day(ik it sounds corny but it is insanely true) it helps u get a faster metabolism which is important for trying to lose weight. and make sure u eat a good breakfast like Raisin Brain or Minnie Wheats. and remember a diet is NOTHING inless u exercise. Exercise is an absolute must!!!! go for a run every morning or something along those lines, i always find going for a run takes ur mind off everything going on in ur life and can get u in good shape if u stick to it. and remember a diet doesnt mean not eating enough, just eatin healthy instead of junk food. follow the food pyramid. Carbohydrates are a major source of energy for ur body, so u should still be eating them. it is just a matter of not over eating as well.

live your life. dont become obsessed with getting skinny, its not worth it. just treat your body with respect for your own health not for your looks.

A Thirteen Year Old Needing Diet Help?

thirteen (not that that matters much)
i would like to loose some weight but i’m not sure how.
i would also like to do akido, but i think i might be awkward at it as i’m pretty short
please help
Answer: you are a perfect weight for your height, you dont need to loose any.
just run if you want to tone up and look more fit.

Im over Weight Need Help! 5'6 200lb What Diet is Good?

This week’s question is a good one. Let’s have a look:

Question: No stupid answer!
Answer: there is no "diet" that I would recommend. Losing weight will require you to change the way you live, especially the way you eat. There are several calculators online that you could use as a stepping stone to get you started with some important basic information. Just search for calorie intake to lose weight or something similar. In order for you to lose weight you have to be at a calorie deficit. This just means that you have to intake less calories than your body burns on a daily basis. The number often thrown around is 2000 calories a day but this depends greatly on your age, height and weight….so using a calculator is your best bet. This number, 2000 is what our body burns just being here everyday….of course with exercise this number will increase. For every 3500 calories eaten and not burned, that is a pound of fat….hence weight gain. SO….to lose weight you have to eat less calories than the 2000 per day. For example if you ate 1500 calories a day (asuuming your daily recommended calorie intake is 2000) you would lose 1 pound a week without exercise. Throw in some daily exercise even just walking or heavy housework like vacuuming this number would increase. Once you get it figured out you can tweek it to your needs. Hope this helped a little….Just remember my numbers are just a basis you really need to put all of your info into a calulator to get an accurate estimate of how many calories you could have according to your weight loss goals.

Im Trying to Lose Weight Extreme DIET!?[HELP! 10POINT]~?

This week’s question is as follows:

Question: Ok, Hellooo. I am 13 5′4 and 110 pounds im trying to get to 100 dont ask why… but ya I havent ate anything I was gonna try the aneroxic diet but i love food soo… nope… Its 12pm and I woke up like 2hours ago… when should I eat… [EXTREME DIET!] I cant realy excerise maybe 20min jog or something in the house?… okay thankyou please help… [ maybe i want to be 95pounds] i know i forgot breakfast but yaa…. THANKYOU!
Answer: First off, you don’t need to loose weight, I calculated your BMI (Body mass index) and for your height / weight, you are a 18.9 which is a normal weight (normal range is 18.5â??24.9 so you are actually on the low side of normal.

You have to eat, it sounds to me like you are on the way to having an eating disorder. These disorders are very hard to work past and can take years to work though to the point where you are living almost normally, it hangs on for a long time. Just make sure when you have your meals you have everything in moderation and balance it out (remember all 4 food groups) and don’t be afraid to have a treat every once in a while i.e. a chocolate bar or something sweet, it won’t hurt you.

Also, for snacks look for fruit and raw veggies, yogurt is also a good snack or maybe even a granola bar. Oh, and eggs are a good source of energy!

I Need Help Creating an Easy Food Diet for My 5'4" Almost 200lb Friend.?

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:

Question: She’s always had problems with her weight and she doesn’t like having it. She wants to lose about 60lbs. I would like to help her lose the weight but am unsure how to go about doing it due to the fact that I know nothing about nutrition. Does anybody have ideas?
Answer: Dont just stop at dieting. She needs to exercise. It helps a lot when she has an exercise buddy as shes more likely to stay committed since it would make her feel more obligated. It also helps a lot if you get rid of all the junk food. NO FAST FOOD! NO SODA. NO SUGARY JUICE! NO COOKIES! LIMIT RED MEAT! If you see her going to McDonalds and she says "Im just getting a salad"..stop her. Their salads have even more calories than their Big Macs after you use the dressing. Avoid eating out. And increase water intake. Water makes you feel full faster. I would get her a nice healthy recipe book.

I like Ellie Krieger’s "The Food You Crave: Luscious Recipes for a Healthy Life". It doesn’t focus on weight loss but focuses on changing your lifestyle to a healthy one. Pair this with portion control (limit to 1800 calories a day for weight loss) and exercise and she will lose weight.

I feel the problem is, diets dont really last. Which is why I love this book.Instead it focuses on teaching you what substitutions you can use to make your favorite dishes healthier and you can actually keep taste.Theres no need to sacrifice it. It tastes good.

Again, Im stressing EXERCISE. Exercise is necessary if you want to get healthier. Dont make excuses like "I have no time." Make time.

Honestly diets like alicia’s are why diets fail in the first place. Many diets exclude taste as a factor but that only increases temptation. I admire her willpower but that willpower isn’t common with everyone. Plus Alicia was basically starving herself with a cup of spinach being the basis for it. Your body needs 1200 calories a day to function. By starving yourself, it eats away more from your muscle which is BAD. Keep her diet at 1800 calories a day. In addition, Alicia’s lack of variety wont give your friend all the vitamins and minerals she needs. Do you want your friend to turn pale? Her body will go into shock and there will be other problems. Im sure Alicia even found her hair to be thinning. She was probably shaking a lot. All that. 50 lbs in a month is also COMPLETELY UNHEALTHY! Help your friend have a healthy lifestyle. Dont starve her.

Stay AWAY from diet pills. Long term use can increase risk of liver damage. Try to keep her weight loss as natural as possible.

RAW Diet in Chicago Help.?

A tough diet help question this week. Let’s dive straight in

Question: Hey guys, wondering if anyone in the Chicago area knows good butchers to get RAW diet scraps from for my dogs? I have asked several and they say, "we sell everything! no scraps!" and for a high price too. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Anywhere around the O’hare area would be great! Or near 60659 zip code. Hopefully some of you can help. XD
